But now I live in France and watching and listening to the USA health care reform fiasco was surrealistic. No, it was utterly ridiculous. The most expensive health care system in the world, the most complex and the most inaccessible. A great system for emergencies, research, training, but for everyday concerns oh well…so where do I begin…

Every decade the Department of Health & Human Services charts the health course for the nation. It’s called Healthy People. The report from the past decade is published. What do you think, did we reach the Healthy People 2010 goals as we chart the course for 2020? How healthy is your state?
